Day 0 — Kickoff
A kickoff call with both founders to set your cost-per-lead target. The same day, you get an intake questionnaire and an access checklist, so nothing stalls waiting on logins.
Week 1 — Foundations
Account access, conversion tracking, and your strategy doc. Ad creative is built in-house — if the campaign calls for video, you supply the footage and we send you a shot list.
Week 2 — Launch
Campaigns go live within 10 business days of receiving account access. Your first optimization pass happens within 48 hours of launch, not at the end of the month.
Day 30 — First Report
Your first full cost-per-lead report, measured against the target we set together on the kickoff call. What you spent, what it produced, and what happens next.
Monthly — Video Report
A 10-minute video report recorded by the founder running your account, plus live dashboard access — so you never have to wait for the report to see the numbers.
Quarterly — Goal Reset
A goal-reset review with a one-page scorecard: what we hit, what we missed, and what the next quarter's target should be based on the data.

You Own Everything
Some agencies keep the website and the data when you cancel. We think that's wrong, so here is what stays yours in writing.
Ad accounts in your name. Your Google Ads and Meta ad accounts belong to your business — we work inside them with access you can revoke at any time.
Website on hosting you control. If we build your site or landing pages, they live on hosting in your name, not ours.
All data and creative are yours. Tracking data, lead records, dashboards, ad creative — everything produced for your account belongs to you.
Leave anytime and take everything. If you cancel, nothing gets held back and nothing gets held hostage.

If we don't beat your current cost per lead within 90 days of your campaigns going live, your fourth month's management fee is free. Starting from zero, with no existing campaigns to beat? Then the guarantee applies to the cost-per-lead target we set together at kickoff. It covers our management fee — your ad spend is always yours — and applies to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and managed lead-generation engagements. The clock starts at launch, not at signing, and pauses if we're waiting on access or approvals from your side.
How to Cancel
An agency that reports honestly doesn't need a contract to keep you. Everything we do is month-to-month, cancel anytime.
To cancel, send us a simple email. It takes effect at the end of the billing month. There is no cancellation fee and no notice-period games — and you keep the ad accounts, the website, the data, and the creative.
